All orders received by 1:00pm will be delivered same day when possible. If not possible you will be notified by the florist and given the option for another delivery day.

To ensure the product you wish to order is in stock or available from the wholesale supplier it is suggested you order no later than 11:00am if possible.

All orders which can not be delivered safely due to inclement weather (snow, ice, etc...) will be delivered on the next available day in which a safe delivery can be made.

(Refunds are not available on orders delayed due to unsafe or impassable roadways)

All sales are final unless cancelled within 24 hours of original delivery schedule.

When recipient not home to accept delivery, delivery will be left at the residence. If this is not acceptable please provide florist with contact numbers for recipient so that a delivery day and time can be scheduled with recipient.
